Update the HTML title elements

The index.php page is looking a little more like and OU page since we added the core HTML. The next step is to edit the <title> element so it contains something a little more descriptive than the default.

Update the page title

  1. <title>{page title} - {site title} - Open University</title>

To

  1. <title>Home - New student induction - Open University</title>
