All students registered to study with the O U are automatically members of OUSA. Our organisation is run by students for students. We have a network of local branches and representatives throughout the O U regions, as well as operating centrally.
With our widespread membership we aim to represent the views of Open University students whatever they study and wherever they live. In order to survive in such an ever changing, demanding environment we need to ensure that we stay ahead in terms of issues coming through the University (as a brief example, fees and the new Student Support Strategy) as well as continuing to work to represent the diverse student body of the O U.
