Important information!

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation in Cambridge is extremely limited in September and the conference organisers can advise on, but not arrange, facilities for those who do not book a residential conference place.

Visas

Where relevant, please apply for a visa as soon as possible as processing can take time. See http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/

The conference organisers cannot hold places indefinitely for those who have been unable to obtain visas or refund registration fees if visas cannot be obtained by 1 August 2011.

Cancellation

If a registered delegate needs to cancel for any reason, they may substitute (by arrangement with the conference team) someone else from the same institution or any other organisation. An administration fee of £20 will be applied.

The conference organisers are unable to guarantee refunds or partial refunds if a registered delegate is unable to attend and their place cannot be filled.
