Resizing a window

You can re-size most windows to make them larger (so that you can see more content) or smaller (to get them out of the way).

  1. If a window is at maximum size, use the 'Restore Down' icon (pictured right) at the top right of the window to make the window smaller. Restore Down
  2. With the window reduced in size, place your mouse across any edge of a window, until you see a double-headed arrow Double Headed Arrow
  3. While you can see the double-headed arrow, click and hold the left mouse button, dragging the arrow inwards or outwards to make the window smaller or bigger.
  4. Once you let go, the window will stay at the new size.

    Minimise button - hides the window in the Taskbar.

    Restore button - changes a window to its maximum size

    Close button - closes the window
